If you’re new here, welcome! Thanks for exploring my page! I am Kaitlynn McLeod, the person behind McLeod Makes. A bit about me, I am Haudenosaunee and Anishinaabe- my communities are Six Nations of the Grand River and Serpent River First Nation. I am Makwa or Bear Clan, and based in Toronto right now.

I love beading and the connection to culture & tradition. I know I can always turn to something like beading to calm down or ground myself. When I was younger I enjoyed using a bead loom to make bracelets, but it wasn’t until a few years ago that I really started to pick up new styles! I have always loved creating & crafting things! Again thanks so much to all of the friends, family, community members, and more who have helped show me how to do everything ! :)
